El Presente Continuo se usa para hablar de acciones que están ocurriendo en el mismo momento de hablar, por eso es normal utilizarlo junto con expresiones como "in this moment", "at the moment", "now", "nowadays" etc.

1) I am reading my favourite English blog now

Se forma con el verbo "to be" conjugado y la forma "ing" del verbo que se conjuga:

AFIRMATIVA: Sujeto + am/are/is + verbo en "ing"

2) I am surfing the net in this moment
3) She is speaking in English
3) You are listening to music now

NEGATIVA: Sujeto + am/are/is + not + verbo en "ing". Es muy común encontrar estas formas contraída "I'm not, You aren't o She isn't"

4) I'm not watching television
5) She isn't driving her car now

INTERROGATIVA: Am/are/is + Sujeto + verbo en "ing"

6) Are you listening to me?
7) Is she studying very much?
